When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the cargo. If any breakage or defect products were founded, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 15 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
The product is very high quality. The thickness of glass is appropriate and classy, the paint is very strong withstanding heat without discoloration, the customer service was very good. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the shipping time, but that was not because of the company it was due to the port congestion that is well known due to Covid in the US. Therefore although it took longer than one would like to get the product, I am certain it would have been faster without the craziness of Covid. I will purchase again from this company.
